How long will my order take to get to me?

Orders placed within the UK are shipped first class and typically arrive within 1-3 working days. For international deliveries, times may vary but your order should arrive to you within 15 working days.

What if I don't use pounds?

The cost of your order will automatically be converted to your currency at checkout.

How can I track my order?

To keep the costs as low as possible for you we ship books using the lowest-cost shipping option, which unfortunately doesn't include tracking!

How do I get a signed book?

Signed books are available periodically, but sell out quite quickly! You can follow my Twitter for updates on when signed copies are available.

How can I pay?

Payment on BigCartel is taken through PayPal or Stripe, which accepts most debit or credit cards.

But is that safe?

Absolutely! Your payment details are encrypted using both PayPal and Stripe - they'll be protected to the highest industry standard!

What's your returns policy?

We currently only offer returns on damaged items. If you book arrived damaged, please get in touch via the contact tab!
